Key Stage 1 – ages 5-7 (Years 1 & 2)
School for our youngest pupils is a journey of exploration. They are learning about the world and their place within it, the wisdom of the past to inform and guide their future. We want our pupils to keep asking ‘why?’ as with their growing maturity they encounter new discoveries.
Our curriculum is organised into topics which we are set out below. As part of our school curriculum we believe passionately in learning beyond the classroom. This includes residential visits in Year 2, Year 4 and Year 5 and a focus on outdoor learning within the EYFS and KS1.
“A Broad and Balanced Curriculum”
Ages 14 to 16 years
Although we recognise the importance of excellent grades, they are only part of what makes a successful student. At Kingsworth we value the individual and treat everyone accordingly. We strive to enable all students to find their given talent and to pursue their passions to fulfill the potential they all possess. Every student at Kingsworth will experience success.

A creative, forward-thinking and thematic approach aims to inspire and encourage our children and give them the ability to make connections, build confidence and develop their knowledge, skills and understanding. Our children enjoy a range of external trips and internal visitors that enrich the curriculum and bring it to life.
